If you wish to speak to the British Operator you can do so by dialling 900 990 044.
To dial internationally, the access code you must dial first is 00, and then continue with the country code and the number you require.

The Telefonica customer services number in Fuerteventura is 1004.
The recorded message is in Spanish, but if you wait until after the tone and say 'Ingles', you will be connected with an English speaking advisor.
